Analysis This area consists of establishing all the requests and requirements relating to a project and documenting project-related data both on-site and in the form of existing drawings, ideas, sketches and documents.
Concept Development This area involves developing a concept for the machine or equipment on the basis of proven technology that meets customer specifications.
Layout planning During layout planning the concept is transformed into a final layout for the machine or equipment containing all of the customer's essential data. The final layout is determined in cooperation with the customer and forms the basis for the next steps in the planning phase.
Preliminary Draft Design The drawings for the equipment, machines and components are created as preliminary drawings including parts lists to an extent that enables detailed invitations to bid and calculations - documentation for invitations to bid. We create drawings using Autodesk on modern CAD systems.
Detail Design The detailed drawings and parts lists required for production and assembly are created on the basis of the existing documentation, layouts and other documents provided by sub-suppliers.
Purchasing & Production We can on request draw up the required documentation for invitations to bid. Organising the suppliers and sub-suppliers required for production and assembly is also a part of our service package. We also monitor progress and carry out production and acceptance inspections on behalf of our customers.
Pre-assembly, Assembly & Commissioning We accompany and implement pre-assembly work prior to commissioning and testing, either at the production site or directly at the customer's premises. Final commissioning and the acceptance inspection are carried out by the customer.
Documentation Functionality descriptions, manuals, lists of consumables and replacements parts and service manuals are also compiled by our engineering office staff.
